AIR SHIPPING
Charged per kilogram, it can take from 3 up to 15 business days from the date of payment. In some cases, this period can extend to 30 business days.
SEA SHIPPING
Generally charged by volume based on weight, the delivery time is usually between 45 and 60 business days from the date of payment. In some cases, it can extend to 90 days.
REMINDER
Please note that OnafriKa sarl and its local partners are located in the DRC from where they operate internationally through Yatalist, a service of Yata Services LLC, a company registered in the United States of America.
First, OnafriKa handles order processing from Congolese customers, then Yatalist takes over all the processing on the US side until finally, Onafrika closes the entire transaction process once load/package reaches the DRC. Successful delivery relies on the collective effort of all stakeholders, including our customers.

First, let make the difference between wrong package and defective package. Wrong package is a good quality package but not what you ordered while defective package is what you ordered but it is not in a good quality condition.
Secondly, be reminded that here at Yatalist, we take every precaution to ensure the product matches the specifications you provide when placing your order. That's why we have a dedicated agent available to discuss your order with you and, if needed, exchange photos and videos of the item before it is actually purchased or shipped.
However, if you happen to receive a package that doesn't match your order, you can return it for an exchange.
In this case, simply send the item back to us. You won't receive a refund, but your item can be exchanged at your expense.
If Yatalist is found to be responsible for the issue, we will handle the exchange at our expense.

Secondly, be reminded that here at Yatalist, we take great care of our products before packaging and sending them out. If you receive a defective product (we are sorry about it), don't worry we got you.
We would just require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the returned product a refund or exchange will be processed straight away including to cover the back shipping if it is proven that the product was actually defective prior of arrival to you.
