AIR SHIPPING
Charged per kilogram, it can take up to 15 business days from the date of payment. In some cases, this period can extend to 30 business days.
SEA SHIPPING
Generally charged by volume based on weight, the delivery time is usually between 45 and 60 business days from the date of payment. In some cases, it can extend to 90 days.
REMINDER
Please note that OnafriKa sarl, located in the DRC, and its local partners operate internationally through Yatalist, a service of Yata Services LLC, a company registered in the United States.
In the United States, Yatalist manages and ships only items from the YL store. Other items offered on the Marketplace are NOT managed by Yatalist.
Currently, in the United States, Yatalist only offers USPS and UPS shipping services. Delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on the customer's choice and after payment and packaging have been processed. We make every effort to minimize this timeframe.
Internationally, and particularly in the DRC, our local partners, including OnafriKa sarl, handle order processing. Successful delivery relies on the collective effort of all stakeholders, including our customers.

First, let make the difference between wrong package and defective package. Wrong package is a good quality package but not what you ordered while defective package is what you ordered but it is not in a good quality condition.
Secondly, here at Yatalist, we take every precaution to ensure the product matches the specifications you provide when placing your order. That's why we have a dedicated agent available to discuss your order with you and, if needed, exchange photos and videos of the item before it ships.
However, if you happen to receive a package that doesn't match your order, you can return it for an exchange.
Simply send the item back to us. You won't receive a refund, but your item can be exchanged at your expense. However, if Yatalist is found to be responsible for the issue, we will handle the exchange at our expense.

Secondly, here at Yatalist, we take great care of our products before packaging and sending them out. If you receive a defective product (we are sorry about it), don't worry we got you.
We would just require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the returned product a refund or exchange will be processed straight away including to cover the back shipping if it is proven that the product was actually defective prior to arrive to you.
